Until when can I cancel when I make a booking?

We believe flexible cancellation conditions are important, which is why we deviate from Article 6 of the general industry conditions.

• You can cancel with us free of charge up to 2 months before the arrival date. Then you will get your money back - even without giving a reason.
• You can also rebook for free up to 1 month before arrival. You will then receive a voucher equal to the travel sum paid.

These cancellation conditions only apply to bookings made via www.brinckerduyn.nl

When do I have to pay for my vacation?
We require a deposit of 30% of the stay when making the booking. The remaining 70% may be paid later, no later than 14 days before arrival. Are you booking within 14 days? Then you pay the entire amount at once when making the booking.

Can I also indicate a preferred spot in my booking?
If you want to stay in a preferred spot, you can certainly reserve this (if still available). When making the reservation, would you like to indicate which accommodation you prefer? Then we will do our best to reserve it for you!

What time can I check in and what time should I check out?
You can check in from 16:00. Would you like to check in earlier? Please let us know, we will do our best to arrange it for you. You can check out until 10:00, except Sundays, when you can stay until 20:00. The key to your vacation home must be returned to the clubhouse. 

Where can I park?
Two cars can be parked at each vacation home free of charge, one of which can also be charged directly, which is very convenient.

How far apart are the houses?
The map of Brinckerduyn shows which houses are located where and how far apart they are. 

What should I bring, and what's already there?
Here is our handy packing list for your vacation. By the way, we will also send this to you via email a few days before your arrival!

EXTRAS & BOOKING

I am coming with (young) children and would like to book a crib and/or a high chair. Is that possible?
Sure, the furniture can be added when making the booking. 

PETS

Can my four-legged friend come on vacation to Brinckerduyn?
Absolutely, no problem. The surroundings are perfect for a nice walk with your pet. In the houses, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed on vacation. At Brinckerduyn, these must be kept on a leash.

Due to an allergy, I would like to stay in a vacation home where no pets have been.
Would you like to indicate this in the remarks field when making the reservation? We will then take care of it, no problem!

FACILITIES

What facilities are available at Brinckerduyn?
Brinckerduyn is full of facilities, such as a paddle court, a field hockey and soccer field, boot camp station, yoga garden, children's jungle, bowling alley and a clubhouse. All facilities are described on our website. In addition to the facilities at Brinckerduyn, you can also use all facilities at RCN de Roggeberg, such as a small supermarket, pizzeria, entertainment, trampolines, playgrounds, and much more!

POOL & SAUNA

Is our private pool heated?
Yes, so if you book a vacation home with pool you can enjoy a refreshing dip in your private pool all year round!

Is the pool safe for children?
The Roldeck cover is certified in accordance with the French standard NF P90-308. This means that the cover must be able to bear the weight of an adult. However, it should be clearly stated that parents are still responsible for their own children's actions.

How big is the private pool at the vacation home?
The pool is 5 meters long and 2.5 meters wide.
