Cancellation Policy
We believe flexible cancellation conditions are important, which is why we deviate from Article 6 of the general industry conditions.
- You can cancel with us free of charge up to 2 months before the arrival date. Then you will get your money back - even without giving a reason.
- You can also rebook for free up to 1 month before arrival. You will then receive a voucher equal to the travel sum paid.
These cancellation conditions only apply to bookings made via www.brinckerduyn.nl
Use facilities, installations and facilities
In addition to these conditions, it is expressly stipulated that the use of facilities, installations, and amenities of Brinckerduyn is entirely at your own risk. Resort Brinckerduyn BV accepts no liability for any damage resulting from the use of the facilities, installations, and amenities.
Facilities, installations and services include all matters that are used, supplied and available at "Brinckerduyn", such as swimming pools, saunas, sports and game facilities and activities, both organized and unorganized, taking place at "Brinckerduyn".
